JBOSS Debug Page for application occurs frequently

While performing some operations in the application, jboss  debug page occurs frequently. This issue is not consistent and not able to replicate again.

We are using jboss version "jboss-as-7.1.0.Final"

If possible please share the screenshot so that we can see which page are you talking about.
