skajotde Mar 30, 2009 3:26 PM (in response to dimar1975)Try add @Stateless to class, so webserwice will be also ejb bean (we use that case in our application). Injection should work.

3. Re: Datasource injection not working on Web Services ?
sannegrinovero Jul 22, 2009 6:32 PM (in response to dimar1975)Hello, same problem here:
the DataSource returned is null, even from stateful beans: remoting beans, message driven beans, MBeans. (tryed them all!)
It's also null when trying to create a new EntityManagerFactory, as in this thread:
https://forum.hibernate.org/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=982137
The configuration is right, otherwise you wouldn't get null but an exception.
please, some suggestion? -
4. Re: Datasource injection not working on Web Services ?
sannegrinovero Jul 22, 2009 6:36 PM (in response to dimar1975)sorry forgot to mention some info:
testing on JBoss 5.1.0.GA
the datasource I'm trying to retrieve is correctly used by other apps, and I can see it's fine in the jmx console. -

Packaging any jars containing javax.sql.* or any other javax.ejb.* or javax.annotation.* in your application? If yes then remove those jars.
