My problem is on all french caracters and -Dfile.encoding=UTF-8 does not resolve problem ?

ehugonnet Apr 18, 2016 2:11 PM (in response to pcouas)As per specification the default encoding for servlet is ISO-8859-1. Also (it is clearly specified in HTML 5 specs) application/x-www-form-urlencoded MIME type are ignored. In particular, this MIME type does not support the charset parameter.
So you should set the default encoding for Undertow to UTF-8, remove servlet filters used to change the requests encoding.
Also you should check with kitchensink-jsp from the quickstarts. It will behave correctly once you have Undertow correctly parametrized.
