Issues in accessing homepage of webserver

Dear Sir,

I am new in business process modeling field. I have install JBPM 6.2 successfully and trying to start the server using command "ant start.demo". H2 database and JBoss start successfully. Now, I have opened a web browser with the address of "http://localhost:8080/jbpm-console". Console is not accessing and showing following message

This site can’t be reached

localhost refused to connect.

I have off the  system firewall. But it didn't work. I request you to provide your valuable suggestion for removing this problem.
