I remote Java API ,had wrong,the deployment in a mess.

I want remote A deployment, but in fact ,I remote B deployment. I tried to delete these wrong processInstance, but I can't.

To remove deployment  you first need to complete/terminate all active processInstances. Then use following REST API to undeploy project:
