See in particular on the link Ramesh sent the section on "Procedure Result Cache".
If it's only a single invocation that you are caching, then just create a view that uses the procedure, then that can be materialized like any other view:
create view my_view OPTIONS (MATERIALIZED 'TRUE') as call proc(args);
