I used Eclipse for a while, but have since switched to Idea. Excellent IDE. Very nice EJB integration. Best XML editor around. Has plugins to do a variety of things.

IntelliJ IDEA is also the best source code browser for me.
I could easily find callers and implementations of specific invoke() methods.
