referencing "other files" within vdb

If I place a file (.csv, for example) inside a vdb "Other files" how can I reference it with the file translator?

Currently they are not accessible via a translator, but you can the SYSADMIN.VDBResource table that exposes their path in the VDB and their blob contents.
