updates to external datasource via CMP

hi,
Im using cmp(1.1) to make updates to existing tables in a oracle database.While finder queries are easily achieved,how do i make updates thru cmps...(im using jboss2.2)

I have no idea what you mean by "updates thru cmps..." I would suggest reading a book on EJB. In the future you should post messages about database issues to the database forum.

BY Cmps i mean CMP EJBeans...container managed persitence beans....

I know what CMP means (I did write the CMP 2.0 implementation for JBoss), so let me restate my question.

What exactly are you trying to do that does not work?
