Does Failover clustering in wildfly 10 or wildfly 11 take care of Threads and Timers

I want to implement fail over clustering in wildfly 11 or windfly 10. Before that wanted to know whether it takes care of Threads(Managed thread factory) and Timers(EJB).

EJB Timers can be configured with database persistence to provide failover. We are working on an improved HA solution for EJB timers based on Infinispan.
I apologize, but I don't know what it means to failover a thread created from a thread factory.

Thanks for the reply Paul.

What i mean my thread fail over is "Only once instance of thread should be active at a time even if its running on both primary and secondary servers which are configured for fail over clustering. Only when primary server goes down, thread on secondary server should be activated and start processing"

Kindly let me know is this possible ?
