Reference credential store secret as a property value

Is it possible to reference a credential store secret as a property value in domain.xml?

I have tried the following, but it didn't work:

<property name="apassword" value="${credential-reference={store=my_store, alias=apassword}}"/>

It does not work like that. Credential store expressions are currently not supported globally. Currently credential store can be referenced only where credential-reference attribute exists.
