If you need to use an embedded application server, lightweight application server are better. In your case, you can use jboss-undertow.
Undertow is an extremely lightweight and high-performance web server from JBoss.

WildFly depends on a lot of libraries, while it can be embedded creating an uberjar for this is going to be a challenge.

It has support for ActiveMQ Artemis by default.
