javax.naming.CommunicationException: Peek timed out [Root ex

Hi guys,
I am using JBoss 3.0-Tomcat 4.03.
I am using MySql Datasource, and i lookup for the datasource using java:/comp/env/jdbc/MySqlDS.
I get a error :-
javax.naming.CommunicationException: Peek timed out [Root exception is java.io.InterruptedIOException: Peek timed out]

can any body help me with this.
please let me know whether the shud i attach my ejb-jar.xml,jboss.xml & jaws.xml to further clear this cloud
