Deploying the Converter Bean

Hi,

I'm trying to deploy the ConverterBean, from the J2EE tutorial by Sun(ConverterApp.ear), but i get the following error: javax.naming.NamingException: ejb-ref: ejb/TheConverter, no ejb-link match, use jndi-name in jboss-web.xml.

I found no information about the jboss-web.xml file. Where can I find a sample of this file? And in what location it has to be stored to work? Has this file to be in my ear file?
