I solved this problem by explicitly setting thread context classloader in HibernateSessionFactory#createSessionFactory. I've sent you a patch some time ago ;-) let me know if you want me to resend the patch.

Good to hear it is a known issue. Is there any way I could apply the patch as well, or should I wait for the preview release 3?
