Injected EntityManager in SLSB after an exception

SLSB injected EntityManager is not usable after a persistence exception. Shouldn't a new em be injected on next method call?

I have a simple test case I created to experiment with this behaving as expected. When I determine why the offending code is behaving this way I will post it with an explanation.
