how can i deploy a process manually?

does anybody have a example script? If I modify the processdefinition.xml manually I have problems to open and deploy it in jBpm GPD.

You can deploy a process with an Ant task. Take a look at section 13.1.1 of the user guide. For concrete examples, see the following files:
[jbpm.3]/build.deploy.xml, target deploy.processes
[jbpm.bpel]/doc/examples/hello/build.xml, target deploy-definition

You can also use the deployResource function.
