Nope.. it is not possible to have multiple start-state.. you should make one start-state with one task (the start task) and then.. have multiple transition to take..

Is it possible to start  a flow and advance it automatically in a certain state?
I want certain flows to somehow skip the start state I need this because I am migrating from a non jbpm app. Any way around? Thanks.
