Adding a Forum or Post

Please forgive me if I am asking a stupid question...

I have the JBoss Portal 2.20 and Portal Forums 2.21RC1 up and running, but I cannot find anwhere in the documentation or in postings here, how to create a new forum, or create a post. Is there another portlet that offers these options?

I assume there is no default forum, as all I see in the Forum window is "Latest Posted Topics" and "0 topics found". I have added all permissions available to the portlet, no luck.

I am logged into the portal as admin (a fact I also did not find in the documentation, BTW).

What am I missing?

if you are logged in as admin there is "Admin Panel" link on top of portlet.
For some additional info about forums in jbp2.2 look into wiki

OK, I definitely do not see this link. Any ideas as to why not?

i am seeing the same thing. i'm running portal 2.2.0 with forums 2.2.1RC2 and i see no admin functionality.

i'm running portal 2.2.1 with forum 2.2.1, and i see no admin panel as shown in the document.

am i missing something?
