Can't change the layout in the JBoss Portal 2.6CR1

Dear.

I've tried to change the other layout in the admin page.

but there is not working to change the layout.

Please let me know how to change the layout or how to do ?

Dear.

It is JBoss Portal 2.6 CR1.

When I'm trying to the change the layout of the news page of the default portal in the admin page, after changing to generic layout,
I've clicked the update button.
But there is not change the layout.

Please recheck it!!

Did you add a layout ?

By default it ships with 2 options:
Generic and default.

The default is the generic one out of the box.

The difference is that if page A is defined with Generic and page B is defined with default at first they will both use the generic layout. Let's say you add a layout called "3columns" and make it as the default layout, page A will still use the generic layout while page B will use the 3columns layout.

Dear.

I've added some layouts and uncomment the two layout(nodesk, phalanx).

after changing the layout in the portal page, there is no effect to change the layout.

I did succeed changing layout in the JBoss Portal 2.4.2, but I can not change the layout JBoss Portal 2.6 CR1.

Let me know how to change the layout.

I just tried again here is what i tried:
- Adding a 3 colums layout.
- Changed the layou ton the default page of the default portal using the management portlet
- Went to the default page of the default portal. It works fine.

Please give us more details on what's wrong/what you did differently.

did you try logging out of the portal , log back in and see if your changes are there ?
