If by level of support you mean technical support with SLA etc then JBoss Portal community bits which includes WSRP is not supported by Red Hat support team. To get support, you need to buy support contract for JBoss Enterprise Portal Platform. See http://www.jboss.com/services/subscriptions/
I didn't mean technical support waht I meant was does jboss portal have a full fledged producer for WSRP in jboss portal enterprise edition and community edition?

Yes but only for WSRP v1.
WSRP v2 will be supported in next major release of JBoss Portal and EPP5.
