fileUploadListener action is executed in applyRequest phase

I noted that fileUploadListener action is executed in applyrequest phase, and in this phase the new values sended from the form is accesible only thru submittedValue property

Somebody knows if this behavor is fine?

Can I do something to get this action executed in the InvokeApplication Phase?

Hi,

the issue is still there (i am using the v4.1.0.20110805-M1). Are there any plan to fix this behaviour in a next release?

Since the listener is executed in the APPLY_REQUEST_VALUES phase, it is hard to use the <rich:fileUpload /> component within a form: values of the other fields "are not available" when the listener is executed.
