rich:panelMenu is coming as transparent over h:selectOneMenu

Hi,
While opening a panelMenu or a modalPanel on another form that consisting of h:selectOneMenu the selectBoxes are displaying over the panelMenu or modalPanel. But it is working fine in IE7.

How to overcome it in IE6 ?
