JBossTS is the default transaction manager in JBoss AS5. The JTS is not tested yet and is unlikely to work in the AS Beta1. If you are brave enough to try it, get the AS Beta and JTS 4.2.2, then copy in the TS .jar files and config files as for the previous releases. For the JTA there is nothing you need to do to integrate - just download the AS beta and enjoy.
