Check the TS docs on heuristics: there's a lot of information there that I'm not going to duplicate here. There's also a tool for inspecting the object store. Ultimately you'll need to resolve the heuristic manually by going into the RM (db in your case) and deciding what the best course of action is. That will always be the case though: heuristics are not something that be resolved automatically by their very nature.
