I got it with Firefox browser, but if use the Chrome browser, the same error occurs -

Tried with 4 different browsers and all starts downloading the file.
I'll assume it was a temporary glitch in the sourceforge matrix you were seeing ?

Probably obvious to all, but since this article continues to get tons of pageviews I thought I'd mention that JBoss Tools 3.1.1 has been released.
