You can set expiration time for RichFaces resources via context parameter in web.xml.
But it is a good idea if I set 'infini' to org.ajax4jsf.DEFAULT_EXPIRE ? Or is a risk exist?
The script for a version of richfaces will never change, no? Instead the dowloaded datas depends something?
If I change version of richfaces will there be a problem? ('package' are prefixed with version name like /a4j/s/3_3_3.BEATA1org......)Adrien
You can set bigger expiration time, e.g. 1 year. New version will change URIs for resources if default settings are used, so that's not a problem.
In RichFaces 4.2.2 I have added that context parameter, but don't see any header set. YSlow shows the same result as before.
Should this work in 4.2.2?
