2. Re: Jboss 5.1.0 configuration documentation
pavelmel Apr 1, 2010 5:06 AM (in response to jaikiran)I tried to configure the messaging according to that document, but detected that it talking about another files in another locations.
For example:
1. According to "Administration and Configuration Guide" - the messaging-service.xml located under deploy directory, but in fact it located under deploy/messaging,
2. The security configuration should be in messaging-service.xml, but in fact it in the messaging-jboss-beans.xml. (see 12.1)
Something was changed in JBoss 5.1.0GA and didn't changed in configuration guide.
Maybe I should configure messaging according another document?

peterj Apr 1, 2010 8:35 AM (in response to pavelmel)Are you looking for instructions on how to change the database used by messaging? Your original question never mentioned messaging...See if this helps:
http://community.jboss.org/message/204473
Yes that discussion is about 5.0.1, but according to my notes there messaging-related stuff has not changed in 5.1.0
I also have another resource, but it is not free. I can provide a URL if you like.

pavelmel Apr 1, 2010 8:54 AM (in response to peterj)Peter,
I am looking for instructions how to configure security in JMS and I found differences between documentation and files in messaging directory. It's realy different. In general - I make porting our product from JBoss 4.0.2 to 5.1.0. We have database JMS security based on our internal users/groups structure. As I can see - it won't be simple task....
In any way - can you provide me a URL on not free resources....Maybe it will help me too.
Thanks.
