    server:start timeout not honoured

Because a previous server did not shutdown (Hang on shutdown) the next server does not come up.

[server:start] Starting server "tomcat-sso-cluster0", with command (start timeout is 120 seconds ):
      [server:start] /opt/java/jdk1.6.0_20/bin/java -cp /data/hudson/.hudson/jobs/JBoss-AS-6.x-tomcat-tests/workspace/trunk/build/target/jboss-6.0.0-SNAPSHOT/bin/run.jar:/opt/java/jdk1.6.0_20/lib/tools.jar -Xms128m -Xmx512m -XX:MaxPermSize=512m -XX:-UseGCOverheadLimit -Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true -Djava.endorsed.dirs=/data/hudson/.hudson/jobs/JBoss-AS-6.x-tomcat-tests/workspace/trunk/build/target/jboss-6.0.0-SNAPSHOT/lib/endorsed -Dresolve.dns=false -Djgroups.udp.ip_ttl=0 -Djboss.multiplexer.stack=udp-sync -Djgroups.bind_addr=127.0.0.1 -Djboss.server.log.threshold=DEBUG -Djava.endorsed.dirs=/data/hudson/.hudson/jobs/JBoss-AS-6.x-tomcat-tests/workspace/trunk/build/target/jboss-6.0.0-SNAPSHOT/lib/endorsed/ -Dxb.builder.useUnorderedSequence=true org.jboss.Main -c tomcat-sso-cluster0 -b 127.0.0.1 -g DefaultPartition

server:start however does not timeout and does not exit with an error.
