    JBoss and virtualized environments

      Hi!

Actually I'm evaluating some different application servers in order to find the best to deploy my product.

One of the criterias is the Support for VMWare and other virtualized environments. P.e., Oracle has not certified any of its products on VMware virtualized environments.

What I would like to know (i didn't find references to this issue) is to understand the Red Hat position on this topic and if JBoss is certified for different virtualized environments.

      Best Regards,

      Thanks

      A.H.

I don't know about "certified", but I have been running JBoss AS in various different VMWare client OSes, both Linux and Windows, for the past couple of years without any issues.

Hopefully soemone from Red Hat will provide a definitive answer on the ceritfied question.
