putOperationInvocation: Valid values for resource name and operation name

What are the possible values that can be passed in for the "resourceName" and "operationName" parameters when calling

org.hornetq.api.jms.management.JMSManagementHelper

putOperationInvocation(Message message, String resourceName, String operationName)

Any manageable resources can be sued by this method.
The manageable resources are defined in org.hornetq.api.core.management and org.hornetq.api.jms.management
The resource name is built using ResourceNames class (e.g. jms.queue.exampleQueue is the resource name for the JMS queue exampleQueue)

HornetQ distribution provides a jms/management example which shows how to use the putOperationInvocation to manage a queue.
