Product team works on the product, the Enterprise Portal Platform. You can buy support for it.
This is a community forum, people helping each other, here you don't ask a question you just complain. Your first question was in wrong forum but still got an answer from someone from the community and you didn't even thank him. Your second question just says that something doesn't work for you but you didn't spend the time explaining what you did. People can't help you if you don't make the initial efforts.

I know that we need to buy the Enterprise to support. I can recommend if the community version works at least better with ease.
I have posted a link in my discussion a link I used for Active Directory configuration. But no one replied pointing me to the right direction to move on.

Dude, tone down a bit. You are just being a noise in this forum by just complaining and not offering any details.
The time you wasted venting your frustration, you should have used that to give the details of what error you got when you tried what you mentioned at http://community.jboss.org/message/564808#564808 . How would anybody know what config you tried, what error you see etc? Nobody is going to read your mind.
