This was a feature that was ported from Drools Flow though the documentation hasn't been yet. You can see the Drools documentation for a lot more details though:
If you use the installer, it will install a runtime for you automatically.

koen.aers Dec 11, 2010 6:24 AM (in response to jdlut)We are already aware of this problem. Kris told me he will fix it. In the meantime, you can make it work yourself by changing the names of the artifacts to download in the build.xml file.
