New Attachment to Previous Post

Here is the attachment I reference in the previous post. Sorry if I am doing something wrong, but for the life of me I could not figure out how to add new attachments. As before, I am grateful for any assistance. thanks!

Fixed problem. Downloading and installing a new 4.2.2 did the trick after all. Sorry, should have tried sooner. Thanks for help!!
