very simple.but the page,addtional a column.the result is four columns .why? like this img.

help me plse,thks

You cant to do anything because extendedDateTable works that way. only you can to reduce the with of the table, or to use dataTable

As Kike said, you should use styling of the EDT to fit your requirements - best width.

EDT doesn't use table layout, but is composed from DIV elements instead - that enables its advanced features which have over the rich:dataTable.
