Is Richfaces 3.3.1 508 complaint?

Is Richfaces 3.3.1 508 complaint? I have created a simple page with Richfaces 3.3.1. I have a menu bar and a tabPanel with 2 tabs in it. If I use the tab key on the keyboard, tabs as well as menu never gets the focus. It is a requirement for 508 compliance that user should be able to use keyboard alone to work with the page.

We are not officially 508 compliant, although we have the same goals. Please search for a related jira, and if not found create a new jira for this.

Thanks for a quick response. I need a quick clarification before I create JIRA. Should I create JIRA for Richfaces for not being 508 compliant or just for problem I am facing with Navigation through keyboard?

look to this https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/RF-712 also many related ones in jira. We plan highly consider this working on 4.x

Do you know list of 508 compliance issue exist in RichFaces 3.3.3? Do we have any link describing those.
