a4j:keepalive was removed from RichFaces 4.0.  What is an analogous implementation that doesn't require me to put the bean in the Session?  Current error I'm getting is: Tag Library supports namespace: http://richfaces.org/a4j, but no tag was defined for name: keepAlive
