1. Re: iterationStatusVar not working in header/footer?
ma.aqcon Dec 16, 2013 8:03 AM (in response to giberius)Hi,
this is an old post but I am facing the same problem with RF5 Alpha 2.
Should I fill in a JIRA for this?
Thanks!
Regards,
Michael

4. Re: iterationStatusVar not working in header/footer?
bleathem Dec 24, 2013 1:12 AM (in response to ma.aqcon)Sorry, now that I think more about it, what sense does it to have the iterationStatusVar in the context of the header/footer which is before/after iteration occurs? I can't think of any deterministic value it would take in such a case.

5. Re: iterationStatusVar not working in header/footer?
ma.aqcon Dec 24, 2013 5:27 AM (in response to bleathem)This would be an easy way to display the number of rows in table footer... of course there are other ways to do that, but iterationStatus might be the easiest way to get it. Iteration status in header doesn't make sense at all.

6. Re: iterationStatusVar not working in header/footer?
bleathem Dec 24, 2013 1:10 PM (in response to ma.aqcon)Looking at the iteration status more closely:
The following properties would make sense in the context of the header/footer:
- begin
- end
- count
- rowCount
The following would not make sense
- index
- first
- last
- even
- odd
Having access to the begin, end, count, and rowCount values in the header and footer would indeed make sense. the other properties could just resolve to null.
