Maven vs Seam Forge

Hi,
I saw that there are two tools for building Seam 3 projects - Maven and Forge. Which one is better for using it with Seam 3.

Under the hoods, forge delegates a lot to maven. Think of forge as more like an IDE, just in CLI form.
