Unable to Parse Process Definition file

Hi ,
I have created a process definition file for my project and tried to deploy that , whenever i start the server, iam getting a Null Pointer exceptions saying : Couldn't parse Process definition file. After that i found that the jpdl files are not moved to the exploded archive folder where the .war file is exploded.

Please suggest me how to proceed.

Are you working with eclipse? If so, go to the JBoss Server View then Modules and try to Full Publish your project.
I had the same problem.
