How does seamspace (seam application example) work?

Hi,

I’d like to know how do I test security using seam example “seamspace”.

It seems to me this application is not working very well, since I log in using demo/demo (login/pass) and see the contents from MrSmiley, but, if I logout and try to access the url that showed when I had logged (http://localhost:8080/seam-space/blog.seam?name MrSmiley), it doesn’t show any security message warning me I must login to perform the action.

That's because that page isn't protected. The point of the example is to show how security rules, page and component security restrictions, authentication, identity management and ACL security all work.
