Can we add pages.xml per module....

For Example....

Checkout :checkout-pages.xml

Browse and Shop :browseAndShop-pages.xml

is there any way to do it....

Some thing similar we separate managed beans and navigation rules in faces-config.xml....

faces-config.xml
- manged-beans.xml
- navigation-rules.xml

You can define additional pages.xml in componenents.xml

<navigation:pages>
    <navigation:resources>
        <value>/WEB-INF/pages.xml</value> 
        <value>/WEB-INF/checkout-pages.xml</value>  
        <value>/WEB-INF/browseAndShop-pages.xml</value>                 
    </navigation:resources>
</navigation:pages>

Actually you can define ViewId.page.xml for each page ViewId
