s:fileUpload problem with a4j:commanButton?

Hi Everybody,
I am using s:fileupload control with ajax a4j:commanButton, but it is does not work.
Any one help how is it possible?

I want to use only s:fileupload not rich:fileupload.
if it is possible to configure with a4j:commanButton, Please suggest me.
