seam tests fail due to offline datasource dtd

For example, the tests from the blog example from seam 2.1.1.GA fail.
The reason seems to be that
http://www.jboss.org/j2ee/dtd/jboss-ds_1_5.dtd
is offline.

A workaround is to remove the doctype from the datasource xml file.
