As  i'm using  tabindex  to move  arround the  screen,
I hoped to be  able to include TabIndex  for  inplace input .....

I realise inplace to be  different  then   jsf:input in structure ...
but  it should be  the application that determines  if  it is  included or  not
in the tabindex
