You should try this,

<h:selectOneMenu value="#{userIdConvLkHome.userIdConvDescs}"> <s:selectItems value="#{userIdConvLkList.resultList}" var="var" label="#{var.descs}" /> <s:convertEntity /> </h:selectOneMenu>
