why 7??? run it on the old code if you want it to be solid. they spend all this time patching stuff for a reason. AS 5 all the way with Seam 2.

thats a good reason.... i thought OpenShift used jboss 6 though. I'm pretty sure seam 2 will run on AS 6. i would really like to see a serious discussion on Seam / Hibernate and MongoDB or Cassandra... there's a lot of questions without answers here i think. the ability to transition to Non Relational DB could have a serious impact on the popularity of this framework/stack.

did some more looking at this. looks like they are working on a Seam 2.3 that will run on AS7.
