What all drivers i need to have to connect to mySQL and where can i find it?

You can get the driver from http://www.mysql.com/downloads/api-jdbc.html which you then put in the jboss/lib/ext directory. Then follow the instructions in the jboss manual to setup the datasource. http://www.jboss.org/documentation/HTML/ch04s11.html#d0e2133
