juhalindfors Jul 17, 2003 4:10 AM (in response to matsu77)5 minutes is the default transaction timeout. You're transaction was unable to finish in that time either due to very long queries or some kind of dead lock scenario.

juhalindfors Jul 17, 2003 1:30 PM (in response to matsu77)I don't think you want to never timeout (say you have a deadlock you end up allocating threads in your VM forever). You can configure for a long timeout though if you have long running queries.
