MySql Multiple Instances

Hi Developers,

I am running RHQ in my own windows machine. I have created two mysql instances in my machine like ( 127.0.0.1:3306 and 127.0.0.1:3307 ).

My RHQ discovering 127.0.0.1:3306 only. It is not discovering 127.0.0.1:3307. How to discover my second instance in RHQ.

As per my knowledge, RHQ configured with 127.0.0.1:3306. So, only this instance getting discovered. Then what I have to do to discover my second instance in my local Machine.

Make sure your MySql plugin's discovery component code assigns unique resource keys to the different server resources. It should probably include the port, for example.

Hi Jay,

I have downloaded and deployed mysql 4.6.0 in my RHQ 4.5.1.

Your Standard code also not retrieving Mysql automatically. How to import my another instance into RHQ Console.
